Welcome to my website, my name is Dr Annahita Nezami, I am a chartered counselling psychologist who has successfully worked in the NHS and privately. My consultation rooms are located in central Kingston KT1 and Hampton TW12. I am trained to doctoral level in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Person Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy. My extensive professional training means I can confidently draw from various psychological theories and approaches and design therapeutic packages that meet your individual needs. I advocate societal and individual wellbeing, and am passionate about helping people transition and move towards their goals.
